Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per user. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

Payment Terms

• The Free plan is available at no cost with the stated limitations.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or downgrade to the Free plan.

Intellectual Property

SilaiHub and its content, features, and functionality are owned by SilaiHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

SilaiHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
